Pix with wine pairing and cheese supplement. Just such a wonderful time with a wonderful staff. The Somm knocked it out with perfect pairings.

(1) Started with champagne. (2) Tomato consume (amazing). (3) Toasted bread (perfect) with tomatoes, raspberries, and cheese. How did this stay together so well? Amazing. (4) This wine! “Rose” but with deeper flavor and perfect color match to the watermelon dish. (5) The watermelon and tomato with chipotle was amazing. We had to fight the urge to lick the bowl. (6) This was zucchini with a butter sauce and we were grateful to have the bread to get the last bits of sauce and therefore removing temptation to lick the bowl. (7) The bread was perfectly spongy inside and with a crust that didn’t crumble outside. (8) This wine was the favorite of our guests. (9) Champagne pairing. (10) All of my favorite words: lobster, bechemel…(10) Pairing for Guinea fowl thighs was light on the finish and perfect for balancing the fat. (11) Guinea fowl thighs. Crispy skin. Crumble. Textures. Yum. (12) wine for cheese. (13) omg. Couldn’t pick a favorite. Roquefort, goats, and the hard one I can’t remember the name; but it was all eaten. (14) Cider/wine/beer from France that was a real treat. (15) Dessert was light, but flavorful. A perfect end. Didn’t overshadow the meal. 10/10.
