Went here for dinner and got the connoisseur menu. It was my first 3* so can’t really rate it as I don’t have a point of comparison. My favourites were the petit fours, bread, langoustine, and duck.
They also gave us a flan cake as a take-home gift. The dishes in order are:
– Tomato tart, onion puree roll, smoked salmon with caviar
– Brioche and sesame roll
– Crab with caviar, seafood jelly, and oyster
– Smoked haddock panna cotta, potato, pike roe
– Langoustine with mushroom tart and lemongrass sauce
– Lobster, beetroot, chocolate, lobster mousse with quince, ruby sauce
– Roasted duck, carrot, orange, jus
– Cheese trolley
– Coconut cream, lychee jelly, rhubarb granita, lychee sorbet, meringue
– Strawberry, white chocolate, basil cream
– Hazelnut chocolate, mango tart, coffee cream puff, sesame chocolate
