Had the omakase at the fairly newish ITO restaurant inside the Poodle Room Fontainebleu. This is probably new fave Japanese restaurant in Vegas, much better than the pricier Kame, and the lower priced Kabuto and Yui. by YYZ_Flyer Fine Dining
