  1. 3 slices toasted Nature’s Own keto bread (35 cal, 6 P per slice), tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, basil, and dressing

    dressing: 1/2 T olive oil, 2 tsp dijon mustard, black pepper, sweetener, salt, 1/4 c red wine vinegar, fresh garlic

    optional: kalamata olive brine (highly recommend!)
