My latest discovery pictured. Cook polenta on the stove as usual but add your fave umami flavours. I added fake chicken stock, garlic powder, coconut oil, onion powder and pepper. I poured it into a pan and let it set in the fridge before cutting it into squares and frying on high heat. It is so delicious I’m even using it as a meat substitute. Honestly guys…you have to try this..so crispy you can hear it

Pan fried without much oil with the heat as high as it goes. Watch like hawke and turn over when golden
