I got offered a free takeaway and from then on, all hell broke loose. I did really well and managed the previous two days eating 1500 whilst smoking but the takeaway was the gateway to eating everything in sight. At least I know for next time to portion myself out a dinner and plenty of low cal snacks for the evening I suppose!

Honestly, im in the same boat. I need to just not smoke to lose weight and be consistent.
It holds me back and makes a difficult thing even harder.
This is why I stopped man 😭
