  1. Do you make your own crunchy fried onions? I now live in Central Europe and can’t find such things. In my native US, they sell them already made. I can find the equivalent of the spatzle in CZ, mostly because they’re popular in Slovakia. I’ve made them from scratch in the past, as well.
