Not the prettiest plating, but I made marinated tempeh + tofu over a bed of kale with a side of sliced avocado and grilled asparagus. 550 calories, 27 grams of protein, and 37 grams of fat. I’m stuffed!

    This was the first time I made this, but I think it’s going to be a staple. I ate this around 11 AM and didn’t even feel a pang of hunger until 6 PM – I have never stayed satiated for so long.

    I used:
    – Tempeh (about half of one lightlife package)
    – Tofu (1/8 of a block)
    (recipe to marinate both is in a comment below)
    -1 medium hass avocado
    -6 spears of asparagus
    -2 cups of kale (sautéed this and added a bit of lemon juice and salt to give it some flavor)
