I made a veggie broth with dried mushrooms and all my random fridge hostages, threw in miso, coconut cream, a tablespoon of peanut butter and a little Korean BBQ sauce (extra spicy) and poured it over cubes of tofu, noodles, bok choi, mangetout, carrot, red pepper and spring onions. Top with sesame oil, seeds and some togarashi. DELICIOUS!
