Unfortunately I forgot to snap a picture of the menu so I’ve only included photos of some of more memorable dishes. The only miss on the entire menu was the seaweed wrap in the final picture, this one felt a bit gaudy with the caviar / gold flakes and the flavor profile didn’t gel well together.

The set menu omakase was a ‘transformative’ experience compared to all the yakiniku I’ve had in North America in terms of food & service.

We had a dedicated server who will spent 3/4 of the night right by our table, walking us through each dish and cooking the meat. The dishes were well paced and they were able to seamlessly accommodate all of our requests.

The attention to detail is supreme and I would not be surprised if this place receives a star in the future.
