Can someone with knowledge on this topic please help me.
The cheese in the first slide is found only in Dominican Republic. The second slide is how it looks when you cut into it;orange and with holes almost like swiss cheese.
The third slide is what is sold here in America. I thought it was the same cheese until I did a little more research and see its called edam cheese? Based off pictures online it looks like its a white cheese no holes.
I have 2 questions, 1. Is GEO just the brand
2. Is there any cheese similar in taste that is sold here in America ?
