I just discovered that Target carries Fair Trade coffees. Their Vanilla Brulee + vegan Baileys + frothed almond milk makes a really nice after dinner dessert drink for only 35 cal.

Target also carries unflavored and caffeinated versions of the Good + Gather fair trade coffee and they are more affordable than the other fair trade brands.
To make: froth 1/3 cup of low cal almond milk with 1 Tbsp of Baileys and add to Vanilla Brulee coffee (with sweetener and dash of salt). Tip: if you warm up the milk first it holds the foam much better. Also the low cal almond milk won’t froth very much without the added Baileys. If you want to skip the Baileys you need to use a different milk (not low cal almond). The high protein Silk (almond and cashew w pea protein) froths well on its own. I did a comparison post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/vegan1200isplenty/comments/dcbkl9/update_to_yesterdays_froth_post_tried_frothing/
Any frother will work (example: [https://www.target.com/p/bodum-schiuma-milk-frother-black/-/A-21561851](https://www.target.com/p/bodum-schiuma-milk-frother-black/-/A-21561851)) That’s not the one I use, but I assume they are pretty much the same.
I have learned that oat milk froths much better than soy, too. This would probably raise the calorie count, though.
Thanks for the inspo. I got a bottle of Baileys Almande and was wondering what all I could do with it.
I’ve tried putting that Bailey’s in hot coffee before and it split 🙁 so sad. Works great for cold drinks for me though.
