My kid is addicted to Little Caesar’s pizza puffs. He wanted them tonight. I was not up for a 25 min drive into town. So I made some. His are pepperoni. My husband got pepperoni and pepperoncini. Mine were salami and jalapeno. Pizza sauce was from scratch and we used good quality mozzarella and freshly grated Parmesan.
I have to figure out how to get the crust in the pan cooked better. Other than that, pretty happy with it.
