  1. Topped off 4 meringue nests with some yoghurt and enjoyed, then ate the leftover yoghurt as well. Easiest snack…yes full of sugar but made room for my cravings within my calories so I’m feeling good!

  2. *Where* did you find those meringues? That was my favorite dessert years ago, before going vegan. I’ve tried baking them myself with different ingredients, each time proving insufficient. Meringues and cheesecake are all I’ve not been able to functionally recreate on my own and I wish to have some semblance of them again. •̀.̫•́
