The lime wheel and peel garnish kinda detract from the dish imo. Can’t eat em and the wheel it hard to squeeze without getting your fingers sticky.

You could candy the peels if you want to make them edible, I was taught not to put things on the plate you don’t want people to eat, because there’s always gonna be someone who is gonna try to eat it.

Try finger limes if you can get them and the pearls from them instead of cut lime.
