I had leftover brisket, what better use than a pie? (If not loaded fries or a toasted sandwich….or a burger….ok there's heaps of food uses).

I whipped up gravy with one of my bbq rubs, mixed in the leftover brisket. Used puff pastry and filled them with the brisket mix and cheese.

Pretty spot on for my first pies! Didn't fill them up heaps as I was worried for overflow but I'll try add a bit more next round!
