Clockwise from the bottom left: greek feta, farmers market tomstoes, feta stuffed pickled cherry tomatoes (stuffed by yours truely), cucumbers, candied pecans (did those myself), herb goat cheese log, lots of proscuitto ribbons, and of course, salami roses. Above the board are olives and a roasted garlic butter compound I made.
