Absolutely amazing meal. Menu synopsis is at the end of the pictures. $395pp
Standouts: the first 4 “small bites” of the meal the scallops and the langoustine. The small bites were some of the most flavorful bites I’ve had in a while.
Least favorite: wasn’t the biggest fan of the sauce the abalone was in. Still finished the plate though.

I went back when Cesar Ramirez was chef in 2021 and it was possibly the best meal of my life. Glad to hear it’s still going strong despite all the drama.
