Y’all, apologies for a really dumb post. Is the pale pink on the rind normal for Brie? I know that pink in dairy is usually a sign of bacteria. I don’t remember it looking this way. I just wanna know so I can eat the rest 😂 by Bright_Mud_796 Cheese

October 16, 2024ive been putting this on boiled potatoes and it’s absolutely insane it’s like a somehow healthy liquidy Brie/mild Camembert . I need to try the garlic flavor !!!
