  2. Honestly this looks good. I make a sorta dip with cottage cheese, beans, Rotel, ground beef & taco seasoning, and now I kinda wanna mix all that with potatoes.

  3. I eat something similar almost everyday for lunch. A plain baked potato with two spoons of Publix chili from the soup bar with a pink of cheese. I feel so full all day 🫢

  4. Also some greenery always makes dishes look more aesthetically pleasing if you care about that. Some chopped cilantro or parsley would do the trick!

  5. Try adding a tablespoon of Tostitos cheese on top.

    I swear the jar cheese is such good calorie to tasty ratio
