Eating Whole Foods has given me the extra calories, to add oil and sauces to my food!! I now understand the hype with olive oil, this lemon pepper olive oil dish was just so so good!!! Also by eating Whole Foods, two meals I can meet more than halfway of my protein goals and sometimes it covers all of it 🫢 also lately I’ve been eating two meals bcus how fulfilling it is!!!
