I’m a big fan of using flavored salts for a quick way to add flavor, aromatics, AND easily bring any simple food to the next level!
This is going to be damn delicious on popcorn, baked potatoes, or fries!

I’ve used Uhh-mami’s bacon’ish spice for a long time now, and it’s great in chickpea soup, and on frozen veggies in general.

Could be a nice addition to tofu scramble.
I got the mushroom flavor one, since its a dupe for my fav McCormick Umami blend that they didn’t have in stock. I’ll have to look for this one too
Trader Joe’s has a pretty good mushroom powder with garlic and other umami flavors adding it I like to add to anything really
This would probably be awesome on corn on the cob!
Ouu maybe on some roasted chickpeas to have on a Caesar salad for a bacony crunch
