Made in a cast iron skillet, beef came from the half of a cow we recently bought from a local meat place. Was delish!

  1. my story: mother always made steak well done, first time i made it was because i was starving, i broiled it and flipped it and couldn’t wait to eat it… it was medium rare, hot pink center, juicy.
