Refried bean quesadilla with (vegan) feta and chorizo – 285 cal, 20g protein

    Ingredients:

    1 flat out protein tortilla – 130
    1/4 cup refried black beans – 55
    1/3 vegan chorizo sausage – 63
    10g vegan feta – 27

    Just spread the beans on 1/2 the tortilla, chop up the sausage and sprinkle it on, and crumble the feta over it! Fold and toast in a pan until browned (no oil needed). It was delicious and makes a great lunch with some steamed veggies on the side!
