[Homemade] Tenderloin with chimichurri, risotto with shrimp, and roasted Brussels

  1. Shrimp is just olive oil, salt, fresh garlic, and paprika pan fried. The risotto is olive oil, fresh garlic, shallots, red pepper cooked for a bit, add the rice and let it get covered, then add dry white wine and let it burn off, and then add chicken stock until rice is al dente. Add as much parm as you want at the end. I cooked the shrimp separate because I wanted them to have their own flavor.
