  3. I grew up eating this regularly (pronounced pasta fajool in the Sicilian-American way). Ordered it once in an Olive Garden for the server to thankfully warn me it wasn’t vegetarian (she said it was like chili). In my house, it’s always been a bean and pasta soup, just like this! My dad uses cannellini, kidney, and garbanzo beans to make it.
