Important cucumber tip: slice your cucumber and salt heavily. Let sit for a few minutes. The salt will suck the juice from the cucumber slices and make them firmer and crunchier. Be sure to rinse the cucumber slices after doing this.
I love how this tastes but mannnnn it hurts my tummy (IBS).
