Peppermint Green Smoothie
(Proportions are approximate)

1/2 Cup hemp Seeds –
1 Banana –
5 chopped dates –
Half Avocado –
Handful of Spinach –
2-3 tbs Spirulina Powder –
Half teaspoon of peppermint extract –
Teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional) –
2 cups coconut water or coconut milk
