First four photos were tonights dinner ~
Smoked pork (took 15 hours) with blackberry barbecue sauce, Mediterranean orzo with lemon – olive oil – dill -veg, grilled corn with garlic butter.
I made coleslaw too but my cabbage slightly froze so that was sad! Haha! 😅
Five and six are ribeye steak skewers from the grill, veggie skewers, chimichurri, and lemon-rice pilaf.
Photo seven is tomato-parmesan bisque with homemade bread.
Photo eight is La Scala Italian chopped salad with chicken breast.
Photo nine is homemade gnocchi with tomato sauce (my mom and I made the gnocchi together), and she made the challah bread and I made the chicken cutlets.
Photos eleven and twelve are chicken parmesan, two types of garlic bread (with cheese and without), and bucatini.
