Made a summer tart with puff pastry topped with lemon, basil ricotta, and ribboned zucchini and yellow squash that I picked up from the farmers market. Added thin slices of garlic to each layer of veggies. Topped with lemon basil oil and fresher grated parmesan. This ended up being amazing. Saw this originally on an IG reel and had to give it a try.
