I actually have one more day to go, but I couldn't wait anymore 😂

Anyway, I decided to have jangajji for breakfast with mung bean noodles, and used some of the pickle brine to season the noodles. I also added some cherry tomatoes from my garden, as well as several Morningstar egg/sausage bites and a Boca Spicy Chik'n patty for extra protein.

I didn't have any gochugaru, otherwise I'd have added some as well. I did add some sesame oil, but no sesame seeds because I just had some dental work done.
