Recipe:
– Toasted bun (I did brioche)
– Some fried bunches of mortadella
– Provolone
– Dijon Mustard mustard + mayo
For one them I had to add some Italian bomba, I did prefer my version as I’m addicted to hot sauces and “kick”

Mortadella may be my favourite of the deli meats. When I was younger my grandpa used to cube it up for me and put it in a frittata with cheese. Simple, yet amazing. Pretty similar to this sandwich
