Tried 3 recipes from Big Vegan Flavor and combined them to attempt to replicate my moms cooking. Fried oyster mushrooms were delicious, hubs said they scratched his Chick-Fil-A itch but the cornbread was kind’ve cakey. Pretty but not worth the effort past pretty pictures 🤣
