the rich color of the broth makes it look so flavorful especially with those toppings like the soft boiled egg and green onions. I can almost taste the spice from here. Sapporo spicy miso ramen and Hokkaido butter ramen are both such comfort foods and perfect for a chilly day. How was the heat level?
