I made this beautiful charcuterie board for my husband's birthday dinner:
aged smoked gouda, aged cheddar, Manchego, parmesan chunks, bocconcini
Genoa salami, calabrese, prosciutto, capicollo, mortadella
Duck and pork patés, variety of crackers, bread, fruits and some caramelized onion and Porto jelly for garnish
