Thomas Keller’s Roasted Chicken, Sausage and Peppers
This is my first recipe of cooking through Ad Hoc at Home. It's not my prettiest, but i was surprised by the flavors. Surprisingly deep. To be fair, the recipe calls for a soffrito and a pepper dish that take about 5 hours prior.
