Step 1: My wife steamed a fresh jumbo lobster from the Martha's Vineyard Seafood Collaborative. We named him Hank.
Step 2: I scrambled 6 Morning Glory Farm eggs slowly with butter. Dollop of crème fraîche to stop the cooking, then chives, salt, pepper to season.
Step 2, audible: Turns out Hank was pregnant, so we mixed the little red lobster eggs in with the egg mixture.
Step 3: I grilled Grey Barn boule slices in EVOO and some salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Assembled my toast with scrambled egg and mixture and picked lobster meat.
Step 5: Snagged the last of the Connecticut corn leftovers from the night before.
Step 6: Took a picture.
Step 7: Enjoyed one of the best anniversary breakfasts ever.

I never had it but it looks yummy
Kinda loving the leftover corn as garnish. Would smash.
Aesthetically it looks really good. But I’m one of those people that can’t mix anything with my lobster. I only eat it by itself. I don’t put it on bread. I don’t put it with eggs. It just doesn’t make any sense to me. But that’s just my personal taste.
