Looks like they’ve come out real well. Is it sweet or savoury?
From my neck of the woods, we have a similar dish called [Mangalore bajji](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mangalore_bajji). Usually savoury, but my mum used to add more grated coconut and jaggery to make it sweeter. Then served with hellishly spicy chutney made of coconut, coriander and green chillies. Goes swimmingly well with coffee on rainy days.
