My little experiment. I calculated how long (in minutes) it takes for my hunger to go away after I start eating a meal. Knowledge is power! I’ve learned to eat more slowly and/or distract myself with another task in the interim.

  1. Also, the amount of time depends on how long I’ve gone between meals because my nighttime snacks filled me up more quickly.

    ***Babe you thought about doing on what you eat and when you eat it and how long it takes you to be hungry again?

    i did something similar for an ADHD coaching exercise, and it really helped me understand when I was really hungry or when I was like bored or anxious or wanting to procrastinate by eating.

  3. What about the opposite? How long does it take you from finishing a meal to being hungry again?
