September 24, 2024I love my pan fry hot homemade dumplings: Crispy sides, firm soft juicy insides and light chewy skin. Pork, prawn and ginger. The multi flavour sauce I created is sweet, chilli, salty, peppery with a bit of lemon. Ate four lots of 6 dumplings tonight. Yummy.
