  1. Looks great! I love mole.

    I’m far too lazy to make it from scratch though. The Juquilita brand is absolutely excellent though. I always have at least 2 or 3 in the pantry so I can whip up some mole at any time.

    It comes in like 3 or 4 layers of plastic though, and when you’re opening it the oil gets *everywhere*, so I always do it in the sink.

    I think the intstructions on the package say to make it with tomato paste and chicken broth (not vegan, obviously), but I like it with just water.

  2. I love mole but I still need a reliable way to make it myself. Most vegan recipes I find online rely on some kind of paste that I haven’t yet been able to find.

  3. I’ve always wanted to make one from scratch but I don’t have a high powered blender so don’t think it’d go well.
