When I buy ground chuck, half of it is made into regular patties for my friend but the other half, I like to make into Bulgogi patties. Marinate in soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, sugar, and s & p. Smashed with onions and top with Swiss cheese.

  1. So interesting! Onions usually go in the marinade but you have it nice and caramelized. Apple pear? That’s the one bulgogi ingredient I marinate with I see missing. I wonder if it would be a weird addition? It might break down the ground beef too much, huh? It’s cool on thinly cut steak but probably that technique would make the meat very mushy. And Swiss cheese! So interesting. I want to try this just to taste cheese with the bulgogi flavor profile. Thank you for sharing this!!
