Who said dieting and cooking food on a diet has to be complicated?

I love a good lazy dinner. I've not really had the mental energy to be cooking things from scratch recently so here's some sticky miso cod (pre packaged from Sainsbury's), half and half cauliflower rice and garlic herb rice (microwave pouches) and some frozen broccoli cooked in the oven with some seasonings on top. Quick, easy and tasty.

  1. Big fan of a lazy dinner that ticks all the boxes. My laziest equivalent is the myprotein frozen dinners from Iceland… Which feels like a level lazier than this.

My go to lazy meal – rice, frozen veggies, some sort of frozen protein (salmon, those thin hot pot beef) all in rice cooker. Throw it in, turn it on, bob’s your uncle.

  3. I like the half cauliflower rice and half actual rice mix. I’m a rice fan and it’s nice to be able to eat a pretty big serving
