  1. The beef is filled the traditional way … mustard, bacon and pickeled cucumber. A traditional side would be cooked red cabbage and either potatos or potato dumplings. I wanted to do brussel sprouts and potatos, but the sprouts were tasting way off. So it was fried potatos with it.

  2. The German version of the French Roulade is called Rouladen. It’s a great dish that makes you want to take a nap after dinner lol.
