Last post got taken down don’t poor plating, so….. here’s a Cajun octopus with a cashew/mandarin salad and a parsnip purée. Flower from local flourist 😅 (my mom, her shop is nextdoor and grows flowers/microgreens in the garden for us, restaurant owner is my uncle, her first cousin 😅)
