  1. I stewed 2 potatoes in 1.5 cups of water with 1 table spoon of masala 1.5 teaspoon salt and optional chili spice (you can add more herbal ingredients if you want)! I put 1 FAT tablespoon of minced garlic, you can add more or less if you want

  2. That looks delicious and comforting! How thick are your potato pieces, and approximately how long did you stew them? Were the potatoes medium sized, or do you know their approximate weight?
