[Homemade] Spaghetti alla carbonara made for dinner

  1. Well I don’t really follow a recipe but here’s what I do : cut the guanciale ( pork jowl) into small chunks, put olive oil in a pan and sizzle the guanciale. Cook your pasta and in the meantime take a bowl. In the bowl put 1 egg ( or yolk ) per person + 1, add pecorino cheese and pepper then mix with a spatula. Once pasta ready, put the pasta in the guanciale fat then add the cream made of eggs and cheese. And it’s done
