    Chilling on a Saturday…

    Thick-cut Applewood smoked bacon, on a toasted butter brioche bread with hydroponic butter lettuce and beefsteak tomato. Bread has melted mozzarella and cheddar sliced cheeses, and Duke’s mayonnaise.

    Served with duck fat French fries and ketchup with a pickled hot whole cherry pepper and crispy hot dill pickle strip on the side.

    The drink is a frozen and blended margarita with fresh lime, fresh cut watermelon, tequila, organic mixer, and ice.
