The pumpkin is made with boursin wrapped in red leicester topped with an apple stem. The crackers include: pita, strawberry & jalapeño, olive and fig, and some others. The board has: Tillamook cheddar, pepper jack, 5yo aged extra sharp cheddar, port salut, red leicester, various charcuteries, honey, a maple nut mix, apples, and probably more that I can’t think of.
