I made caramel apple crisp (Claire Saffitz’ recipe)

Of course I screwed up the caramel by adding the cream before the butter, which seemed to turn into a bubbly mess but I think it recovered. But it was still pretty good! I'm super amateur so this was a big success for my first time.
